Restore purchases

If a device you bought is missing, tap Restore Purchases. It’s in the top card in Settings, and at the bottom of the Devices screen. COPY checks the App Store and brings back every device you paid for.

What you’ll see

• “Restore Complete.” It found your purchases.
• “No Purchases Found.” COPY didn’t find paid device purchases to restore. If you bought them with another Apple Account, use that account.
• “Restore Failed.” COPY couldn’t restore your purchases. The alert tells you what went wrong.

Free devices work differently

Your starting device and the ones you earned come back with your recovery key if they synced with COPY. Older devices saved only on your previous phone may not come back. Restore Purchases restores paid devices.
